Departure

• We will depart around 8:30am to walk 10 minutes to the Fargo Civic Center: 207 4th St. N.
• For those that would prefer not to walk, we are working to arrange a shuttle will be arriving at 8:40am to assist with transportation to the Civic Center.                   
  • There is limited space on this shuttle, so please only utilize this option if needed.
  • You may also take your own vehicle to the Civic Center and try to find a closer parking option.

   

TEDxFargo Details

• The event is from 9:00am-4:00pm.
• Interactive activities will be happening all throughout the Civic Center – have fun exploring!
• There will be scheduled breaks, including a break for lunch.
• If for some reason you need to leave early, please let a TBF Staff member know.
• We are in the process of finalizing a shuttle back to Barry Hall – more details on this to come.

Other Tips

• Dress comfortably, yet professionally, and bring layers. You will be walking and you’ll want to be prepared for any weather changes.
• Bring a notebook and pen – you’ll want to take notes throughout the day.
• Come with an open mind and a willingness to get out of your comfort zone. This event attracts many leaders in our community and very interesting people from all over the country. It will be a great opportunity to make meaningful connections and friends.
